To contact through the Web Version:
Click on the "Gear" Icon" located lower left side the game board canvas to access your Game Settings.
Once you click the icon, the Game Settings will pop-up. Click the “Help” Tab to show the “Player Support” Button and your Game ID.
After you click the “Player Support” Button, you will be directed to the FarmVille: Harvest Swap Support Page.
Click on the "Contact Support" Button at the bottom of the page so you can create and submit a ticket to a Player Support.
To contact through the Mobile Version:
