1. Open your FarmVille 2 game. Click on the Privacy tab.

2. Scroll down and you will see a window where you could check the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Personal Data Request. Click on Personal Data Request.

3. Your Player ID and PIN are displayed in the Personal Data Request pop-up window.
