We have received reports from some players who are currently unable to log in using their Facebook accounts.
Our team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating it.
At this time, some players may be unable to sign in using their Facebook account, including logging into their Zynga Games Site account using Facebook Login.
Current Workaround:
If you have a Zynga Games Site account linked to an email address and password, you can continue to log in using your email address and password instead of the Facebook Login option.
For reference this was the knowledge article added for the FB login issue;
Some players are currently unable to access the game via Facebook login. If you're affected, you can continue playing by logging in with your email instead.
How to switch:
1. Go to zyngagames.com and select "Sign in with Email."
2. Use the email associated with your Zynga account — if you're unsure, check the primary email on your Facebook account.
3. If you haven't set a password, use "Forgot Password" to create one.
If you are unable to log in using an email address and password, our Support Team is here to help!
Please use the 'Contact Us' button below and provide at least two of the following details to help us locate and restore your account:
- Email Address associated with your account
- Player ID of your Old and New Account
- Farm Name
- Player Name
- Last payment receipt or amount (found in your email receipt or credit card statement)
