We have received reports that some of you are experiencing crashing while playing the game. We suggest that: 

1.) Update your Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser.

2.) Clear browser's Cache.

3.) Close unnecessary applications or programs on your computer when playing. The fewer the active applications on your computer, the lesser the risk of crashing due to lower Virtual Memory consumption.
