For iOS players: Please make sure that your internet connection is stable and that you are still logged into the same iTunes account (regardless of device) with which you made the purchase. Once this is ensured, you can go into game settings, and tap the “restore purchase” button - this should restore your purchase. If this does not solve the issue, please provide us with iTunes receipt for your purchase - we will work to address this issue as quickly as possible.

2. iTunes & App Store
3. Apple ID
4. View Apple ID - You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID
5. Purchase History

We don't recommend that you quit the game right after doing the purchase.

For Android players: Please make sure that your internet connection is stable and that you are still logged into the same Google account (regardless of device) with which you made the purchase. Try restarting the game and rebooting your device. If the problems still continues, please forward us your Order ID (it's written on your Google Play receipt and starts with GPA), we'll review it and help you as soon as possible. 

To find this information please follow the steps below:

1. Go to payments.google.com
2. Verify on the right-hand upper corner that the account logged is the same account currently active on your Google Play. Log into the correct one it if it isn't logged.
3. Find Other purchase activity.
4. Select View purchases. 
5. Select an order to see your receipt.
