Unlock the thrilling Ranked Mode in the game by reaching Level 6.
To access this feature, tap the Ranked button from the Home Screen Navigation Bar.
How does it work?
You will have access to Ranked Mode once you reach level 6. This mode will feature a 7-week long Season where you can climb through a series of Leagues and Divisions by participating in competitive matches.
To join a Ranked match, tap the Ready button.
You will be able to enter a queue via the Ranked tab in the game mode select screen. Once in the queue, you will play one of four (4) game modes that are chosen randomly.
- Dynamic Control
- Trophy Chase
- Power Control
- Squad Brawl
Leagues
Leagues are what we use to measure where you sit in Ranked Mode, and you can be promoted or demoted based on your performance in Ranked Mode. Each League is made up of 3 Divisions, and this should allow you to regularly come up against opponents that match your ability.
There are 5 Leagues (lowest to highest):
- Bronzium
- Chromium
- Aurodium
- Beskar
- Kyber
NOTE: Within each League, there will be 3 Divisions named after the League level that you are currently at. For example, the Bronzium League will consist of Bronzium III, Bronzium II, and Bronzium I.
Leaderboards
The top 100 ranked players are featured on the leaderboard for everyone to see. Each player is Ranked according to their total Ranked Point score, which determines their position on the leaderboard. It's a great way to keep track of who's at the top of their game and who's climbing the ranks.
Division leaderboard
In addition to the overall leaderboard, you will have access to a Division-specific leaderboard that shows your current rank within the Division and the position of 99 other players in the same Division.
The higher you are on the Division leaderboard, the closer you are to ranking up. Once you rank up to a new Division, you will be moved to a new Division leaderboard.
Ranked Seasons
In the game, Ranked play is divided into different Seasons. To check the remaining duration for the current Season, you can visit the main Ranked screen via the Home Screen Navigation Bar
At the beginning of each new Season, the Leagues are reset, which allows players to unlock new rewards. Furthermore, to make sure that everyone will be on even footing at the beginning of the global launch, those who participated in the previous Season will also be starting from the lowest rankings.
NOTE: Get ready for the new Ranked season with a Legendary Grozz Costume “Ferocious Fighter” to earn!
Ranked Rewards
Rewards are earned by reaching a new Division for the first time and can be claimed immediately from the Ranked Progression screen.
Note: Any unclaimed rewards are automatically collected at the end of a Season
After The Match
After each Ranked Match, you will see your current Rank displayed alongside the points you earned in the most recent match, and the progress you are making to the next Rank. If you rank up after a match, you’ll be moved up to your new League.
Additionally, you will be able to see your teammate's ranks in the post-match team statistics, which will show up as Avatar Frames.

Ranked Scoring Update
Ranked Scoring has been updated for Season 5.
Ranked is an important mode for players to show off their ability in matches against other opponents, working up the Leagues to earn rewards.
In the lower Leagues we want losses to be less punishing. Instead of losses reducing overall progression, it will instead slow down progression. The table below shows the differences between the current tuning and updated tuning for Season 5.
