We’re aware that some players are seeing different Season 3 Ranked Mode rewards. For our players who played in Soft Launch, if you obtained BESKAR BUCKETHEAD and/or BESKAR DESTROYER you will now see Crystals. 

Our team is also aware of an issue that some players who didn’t play in Soft Launch are seeing Crystals instead of the BESKAR BUCKETHEAD and BESKAR DESTROYER rewards. If you were affected by this, please close and reopen your game to see the correct Ranked Mode rewards. If you continue to see incorrect rewards after rebooting then please don’t hesitate to contact us here.
