Zynga Customer Support might ask that you provide your Social Network UID/ZID so that we can best locate your account to research and resolve your issue. There are two ways on how to find your ZID:
1. Through the initial loading screen of the game.
2. Through your in-game settings.
Note: iOS and Android users will have the same steps to retrieve the UID/ZID.
Tap the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap the Help tab.
You can now see your ZID.
