ELIGIBILITY: OPEN BY INVITATION ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, CANADA (MINUS QUEBEC), AND THE UNITED KINGDOM, WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID FARMVILLE 2: COUNTRY ESCAPE ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Zynga Terms of Service (https://www.zynga.com/legal/terms-of-service), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The FarmVille 2: Country Escape 10 Years 10 Prizes Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) / 8:00 AM British Summer Time (“BST”) / 9:00 AM Central European Summer Time (“CEST”) on April 3, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT / 7:59 AM BST / 8:59 AM CEST on April 10, 2024 (collectively the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

1) Via email response without purchase:

Eligible players can receive one (1) entry by replying to their account manager’s email regarding registering for the sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per account via this method.

2) Via web entry without purchase:

Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/4nLdg73UedGB15CV8) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per account via this method.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga user ID or Player ID or email address. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS: Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded.

PRIZES (10): Upon confirmation of potential winners’ eligibility, ten (10) winners (individually, “Winner”) will receive one (1) of the following in-game Prizes (individually, “Prize”), at Sponsor’s discretion:

One (1) 8-Minute Faster Glade Power Pin, 500 Golden Gloves, One (1) 45-Minute Faster Mine Power Pin, 500 Speed Seeds, One (1) 1.5-Hour Faster Pier Power Pin, One (1) Permanent Farmhand, One (1) 1.5-Hour Faster Mill Power Pin, 250 Ruby Red Gloves, or One (1) 3-Hour Faster Pond Power Pin.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize is an in-game virtual good which: (i) has no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of the Merge Dragons!; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per authorized account and household.

The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address. Prizes will be awarded electronically.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an Entry, to the extent permitted by law, each entrant hereby: (i) irrevocably and unconditionally waives, and agrees never to assert, any and all moral rights such entrant may have in and to their Entry; and (ii) grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the Entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners for the Entry Method(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Entry Method(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

The above provisions apply to the fullest extent permissible by law, save that, to the extent an Eligible Country’s law applies, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit the Sponsor’s or Released Parties’ liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence; or (iii) any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited.

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. Entrant residents in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York.  The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

USE OF DATA: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.zynga.com/privacy/policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

WINNERS LIST: To receive the names of the winners (first name, last initial and state/province of residence), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: FarmVille 2: Country Escape 10 Years 10 Prizes Sweepstakes, c/o Zynga VIP Team, Attn: Evette Love, 5515 N Cumberland Ave, Ste 810, Chicago, IL 60656, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Any United Kingdom entrant may request that the amount of information about them published in the way described above be reduced, by contacting the Sponsor using the contact details for their VIP Account Manager. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s Entry, to the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if the Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes.
