Open the settings menu by tapping on the 3-dot menu button (⋮) located in the upper-right corner of the home screen.

To go to your account settings, select the middle tab at the bottom of the settings menu, then tap on My Data for more options. Tap on Personal Data Request.

A pop-up will appear, showing your Player ID and PIN which you can use to sign into Zynga's Personal Data Request Portal  to make a request to download or delete your game account data.
