To make a purchase on the Zynga Store, you must first sign into your player account.
To do this, open the default browser on the mobile device you use to play the game. Navigate to the Zynga Store webpage (store.zynga.com), and then select your game. (Private/incognito mode is not supported)
After selecting your game, click the Connect banner at the bottom of the page, or start purchasing an item. This will open your game, and then return you back to the Zynga Store. When you are signed in, you will see your username on the Zynga Store page.
Note: If the game does not return you to the Zynga Store, please follow the following steps:
The game might need to be updated. Please make sure your version is up-to-date by checking the Play Store or iOS App Store.
The game might need to be restarted. If your game version is up-to-date, you can restart your game by closing and opening the game itself.
You might have an old cookie in your browser history. You can clear your browser history from your browser's history tab.
For iOS:
To reopen the app, go to the Home Screen (or app library), then tap the app
For Android:
To reopen the app, go to the Home Screen (or app drawer), then tap the app
