Here are some tips on reporting inappropriate content and blocking other players.
 
If you see somebody using inappropriate language in the Chat:
  •  Tap the Player’s name within the Chat window.
  • Tap the 3-dots-button on the right side of their Profile to report.
  • Fill out the required information and tap SUBMIT.

 

If a Player has an inappropriate Profile Name:
  • Tap the Player’s profile picture to access the Profile window.
  • Tap the Safety button located in the lower right of the Profile window.
  • From the options, select Block or Report.

If an Alliance has an inappropriate Alliance Name or Alliance Motto: 
  • Tap the name of the Alliance to access the Alliance window.
  • Tap the MANAGE ALLIANCE button located in the upper right corner
  • Tap the Report Alliance button to send a report to our team so we can investigate.
