Absolutely! 

1. Make sure you are signed in using email, Facebook, or any other available method.
2. Note down your player ID as well, just in case.
3. Delete the zynga.com version of your game.
4. Go to the Google Play app and search for the game.
5. Download from Google Play & install the game.
6. After opening, sign in using the same method you used in step 1.
7. If you encounter any issues, contact our Customer Support team via the support button found in the game’s settings dialog.
