Hit It Rich! Price is Right Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID HIT IT RICH SLOTS ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, ESTABLISHING ONE IS FREE. ALL HIT IT RICH SLOTS TERM APPLY. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., CBS Broadcasting Inc., Fremantle Media, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Take-Two Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US/), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Hit It Rich! Price is Right Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 09:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on February 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on February 28, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

1) Via in-game entry:

Play any of The Price is Right machines in Hit It Rich! Slots (The Price is Right Cliff Hangers, The Price is Right – Plinko, and The Price is Right – Punch a Bunch) and hit a “Big Win”. Each Big Win will gain the user one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

2) Via web entry without purchase:

Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/eKKHWPFGQEo5dEf66) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 

Eligible players may enter up to five (5) times per day by any combination of the entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries from any player in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on February 28, 2025. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS: On or about March 7, 2025, four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (“Winners” or individually “Winner”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: The potential Winners will be notified on or about March 7, 2025 by in-game direct messaging and/or email and required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, Travel Release, and W-9 Form within five (5) days of notification. Potential Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct background checks on potential Winners. Potential Winners must provide authorization and/or complete any forms reasonably required to facilitate such background check. Failure to comply with such search may result in disqualification and may result in selection of an alternate Winner (time permitting). Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify a potential Winner based on the results of such background check, if the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that awarding this opportunity to such potential Winner might reflect negatively on the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, and/or the Released Entities. Factors that may result in disqualification of a potential Winner include, without limitation, conviction of a felony or misdemeanor, or any other criminal or civil offense as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or, if Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that awarding a prize status to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, and/or the Released Entities (as defined below).

If a potential Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, fails to return all required documents within the time period stated, or if any prize  notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Winner rejects their prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules and requirements, such potential Winner’s prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries (time-permitting). 

No compensation will be given upon disqualification. Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternate Winners for any prize; after which, such prize will remain unawarded.

PRIZES (4): Prize includes two (2) tickets to a Studio Taping Experience of The Price is Right and one (1) $2,300 USD check, which winner can choose to use towards travel expenses (“Prize”). Winner is responsible for booking air transportation and hotel accommodation using the check Prize provided or other means, at the Winner’s discretion.  Terms and conditions apply to the use of tickets.  

The Studio Taping Experience for The Price is Right is for audience viewing only. Winners are not eligible to be called down as contestants. Option of dates for event ticket redemption will be provided to Winners. Event tickets must be used on date(s) specified by Sponsor before the end of 2026, or such portion of the prize will be forfeited. 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $2,500 USD. Actual value may vary based on Winner’s dates of travel. The actual value of the Prize will be reported to the IRS and Winners will each be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value as required by law. Winners will not receive difference between actual value and ARV. Total Prize ARV of all Prizes: $10,000.00 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable by Winners. No substitutions or cash redemptions by Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details not specifically set forth herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. 

Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions. Seating assignments are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Tickets are not for re-sale and cannot be sold after awarded. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded will govern if the Event does not take place due to weather, an act of God, threat or act of terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, civil disturbance or any other reason. The Released Entities, and/or any other relevant party, reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to a Winner or guest who engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Event. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or applied towards tickets for any subsequent years. No responsibility is assumed by the Released Entities for any cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed Event.

Released Entities are not responsible if the Prize or any part thereof is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to events outside of its reasonable control, including due to COVID 19 restrictions. If in the event the trip or event or any part cannot be awarded, including as a result of epidemics, pandemics or other public health concerns, including COVID 19, the Prize may be awarded at another time or as another trip or event or other prize or as a cash prize (collectively “Substitute Prize”), all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. If potential Winners choose not to accept the Prize or the Substitute Prize (as applicable), the Prize or Substitute Prize may be awarded to an alternate (time-permitting). As a condition of accepting the Prize or Substitute Prize (as applicable), potential Winners and guests may be required to agree to comply with Sponsor’s and/or any Prize supplier’s COVID safety protocols (collectively, “Sponsor’s Safety Protocols”), including, but not limited to, testing, mask wearing, social distancing and quarantining, all as applicable and as determined by Sponsor and/or a prize supplier, or the Prize (or Substitute Prize, as applicable) will be forfeited. Winners and guests agree to execute any documents provided by Sponsor to confirm such compliance. 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., CBS Broadcasting Inc., Fremantle Media, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, in-app messages, phone calls, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website or app. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, app or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. Entrant residents in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

USE OF DATA: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy/en-US/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
