For players who purchased the No More Ads feature, but are still seeing Ads in the game, you can check if you have entered your correct login information. (See this LINK to know how)

Please make sure that you are using the correct account that you used in purchasing the No More Ads feature. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

For Mobile Users:

1. Tap your "Profile" on the Main Screen
2. Select Settings
3. Tap "Logout"
4. Login using the correct credentials

For Web Users:

If you are using the correct account, you can restore the purchase by following the steps below:

1. Go to "Settings" (Gear icon).
2. Go to "Store", click the "Remove Ads" and press "Buy".
3. After clicking "Buy", you will receive this confirmation pop-up "You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?"


4. Click “OK” to restore the No More Ads purchase.


Note: “Ad-Free” feature is not applicable on Web when you purchased it using the mobile platform and vice versa.
