To play Words With Friends Instant, just open up your Facebook Chat (or Messenger), and find the game controller icon located at the bottom part of the Chat window.

You'll see the Words With Friends Instant Game, and click "PLAY"

To proceed on playing and creating a game, press "Play Now"
