Here are the steps in order for you to get in touch with us from within the game:
1. On your main screen, tap “Profile”.
2. Your profile window will open next. Tap on “Help.”
3. This will bring you to our “Help and Support” window where you can find different self-help topics depending on the issue you are having.
4. In case the self-help topics didn’t resolve your issue, tap the “Conversation” button in the upper-right corner.
5. This will bring up the Contact Us form, type in all the necessary details about your issue then hit the “Submit” button once you are done.
