In Wizard of Oz Slots, you are allowed to collect a specific number of gifts every 24-hour period (Daily Limit), based on your VIP tier.

This information is available in-game, go to 'VIP WORLD', 'VIP Status', 'BENEFITS'. For added context, please consider these sample scenarios:

Sample Scenario 1:  A Sapphire player collected 5 gifts at 6 AM yesterday, and 10 more gifts at 12 noon yesterday. Based on the table above, this Sapphire player has 15 Gifts as Daily Limit.

If this Sapphire player attempts to collect gifts at 6 AM today, only 5 of the available gifts can be collected. This same player will have to wait until at least 12 noon today to collect 10 more of the available gifts. Any attempt at collection before 12 noon might trigger the maxed-out message.

Sample Scenario 2:  An Emerald player collected 20 gifts at 9 AM yesterday. This Emerald player's Daily Limit is 20 Gifts, based on the table above.

This same player should be able to collect all 20 gifts starting at 9 AM today.

Additional Info:

  • Gifts collected from Club mates, via the Club page, are not counted against the Daily Limit.
  • During Yellow Brick Road (YBR) events, all gifts collected from YBR teammates are counted against a player's Daily Limit. On your end, you may have noticed that some of the gifts came from your FB friends and Guest***. The Guest*** are most probably gifts from your YBR teammates.
What are other scenarios where I cannot seem to collect any Gifts?

During every Yellow Brick Road (YBR) event, we see a surge in tickets reporting issues with collecting gifts. This is probably because you have more gifts to collect since YBR teammates can also send and receive gifts. What causes players into thinking that they are not able to collect gifts is best described by the scenarios detailed below: (Note: By design, the default max number of collectible gifts that are visible is 99.)

Sample Scenario 1: An Emerald player has actual collectible gifts of 205, but sees 99 collectible gifts on his/her game. This player chooses to click/tap 'Accept and Send All' to collect the gifts quickly. Since the Emerald player's Daily Limit is only 20, he/she should still have 185 gifts left on his/her game after collection. However, he/she should still see the 99 collectible gifts (instead of 185 gifts) on his/her game, and clicking/tapping the 'Accept and Send All' should trigger the 'Max Gifts' pop-up. If this player has tracked his/her coin balance before and after collecting the gifts, he/she should notice a jump in the amount.

Sample Scenario 2: A Sapphire player has actual collectible gifts of 110, but sees 99 collectible gifts on his/her game. This player clicks/taps 'Accept and Send All' to collect the gifts quickly. Since the Sapphire player's Daily Limit is only 15 gifts, he/she gets the 'Max-Gifts' pop-up and the number of collectible gifts on his/her game turns to 95.

Let us share with you screenshots of this Sapphire player's screen before and after collecting gifts.
