To contact support through the Web Version, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "Gear" icon located in the lower-left corner of the game board canvas to access your Options Menu.
  2. Click the “Help & Customer Support”  button.
  3. After you click the “Help & Customer Support” button, you will be directed to the Wizard of Oz Slots Support Page.
  4. Click the Contact Support button to open and submit a ticket incident.

To contact support through the Mobile Version (iOS):

  1. Follow the 1st and 2nd step above. After you tap the “Help & Customer Support” button, you can choose any FAQ category (i.e. Hot Topics) and see if there is any article published for your concern.
  2. If you are unable to find the appropriate article, select any.
  3. You should see a Contact Us link in the top-right corner of your mobile screen. Tap it.
  4. You have now opened a New Conversation with Customer Support.

To contact through the Mobile Version (Android):
