First workaround:

If you are experiencing any issues with Facebook Connect, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the game.

If you are also using the Facebook app, please make sure that you have the most recent version as well.

To do this, please try the following steps:

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap on your Profile in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the Upcoming Automatic Updates / Available Updates section.
  4. Tap Update next to an individual app , or tap Update All.

If you're having trouble downloading the app, check your internet connectivity. For best results, connect to Wi-Fi before downloading.

Second workaround:

If you are experiencing any issues with Facebook Connect, please try the following steps:

Check if your Apps, Websites, and Games preferences within your Facebook app are turned on.

  1. Open your Facebook app.
  2. Go to your Settings and Privacy.


  3. Scroll down to Permissions and tap Apps and websites.


  4. Scroll down to Preferences, from there, you can turn on/off the permission for Facebook to access third-party Apps, websites and games.


  5. Tap Turn On to allow you to interact with third-party apps, websites, and games using Facebook.


If you’re still having issues connecting your game to Facebook, please try our Additional Workaround below:

1. If you have the Facebook app installed on your device:
  • Open your Facebook App. Go to the Menu tab.
  • Scroll down, tap the Log Out button.
  • Open your Game App.
  • From your game’s settings select Log In with Facebook. (Make sure that you allow Facebook to access your basic profile.)

2. If you do not have the Facebook app installed on your device:
  • Open your Game App and disconnect from Facebook. If you are already disconnected, proceed to the next step.
  • Open your mobile browser, go to www.facebook.com, and log-out from there. Repeat for all browsers on the device.
  • Make sure that you are logged out of your Facebook account.
  • Go back to your game and reconnect to Facebook.
