If you’ve received a purchase failed error when attempting to purchase on your Android device, please update the Google Play Store on your device and recommend you follow these steps:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap the profile icon in the upper right
- Choose “Settings”
- Choose “About”
- Scroll down to “Play Store version”
- Choose “Update Play Store”
