Using a mobile device, Customer Support can be accessed through the game settings.

  1. Access the game settings by tapping the Gear ⚙ button in the lower right corner of the screen.

       

  2. Tap on the Customer Support and Legal button.
  3. Select Customer Service.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  5. Select the blue Contact Support button to create a support email.
 
WEB 🖥

Using a web browser, Customer Support can be accessed through the game footer or the bottom of the game window frame.
  1. Open the web application through https://apps.facebook.com/texas_holdem/.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Select Support to open the support window.

       

  4. Click the blue Contact Support button to create a support email.
