Zynga Poker has created a process to ensure all reset requests and player stats are deleted correctly. It is important to note that in resetting your account, all progress, chips, level, gold etc. will be removed and you will need to sign up as a new player for Zynga Poker.
To submit a formal request, you will need to log into privacy.zynga.com using your data request PIN and ID. This information can be found in the Account Info menu located in the Settings section. Additionally, step-by-step instructions on how to find your data request PIN and ID can be found here.
Once you have found your PIN and ID, please log into privacy.zynga.com and follow the instructions for Account Deletion Request listed here.
