ELIGIBILITY: OPEN BY INVITATION ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID ZYNGA POKER, HIT IT RICH! SLOTS, WIZARD OF OZ SLOTS, WILLY WONKA SLOTS, OR GAME OF THRONES SLOTS ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 2, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on October 31, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

1) Via in-game entry:

Make an in-game purchase of at least USD $19.99 in Zynga Poker, Hit It Rich!, Wizard of Oz Slots, Willy Wonka Slots, or Game of Thrones Slots. Each separate purchase made during the Sweepstakes Period will result in a certain number of sweepstakes entries depending on the purchase amount as set forth below:

• Each separate purchase of USD$19.99 to USD$24.98: 20 entries
• Each separate purchase of USD$24.99 to USD$49.98: 30 entries
• Each separate purchase of USD$49.99 to USD$99.98: 100 entries
• Each separate purchase of USD$99.99 to USD$199.98: 200 entries
• Every USD$100.00 purchased over USD$199.98 will grant 200 additional entries; e.g., a purchase of USD$199.99 to USD$299.98 will result in 400 entries, a purchase of USD$299.99 to USD$399.98 will result in 600 entries, and so on.

2) Via web entry without purchase:

Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/bC8QF1WjrcbCdSyw6)  during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user twenty (20) entries into the sweepstakes.

3) Via email response without purchase:

You can receive one (1) additional entry by replying to your account manager’s email regarding this sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit two (2) additional entries per account via this method.

You may enter an unlimited number of times by any combination of the entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga user ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on October 31, 2023. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and may be required to execute and return a Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded.

PRIZES (3): Upon confirmation of potential winners’ eligibility, three (3) winners (“Winners”) will each receive a vacation package (“Prize”) for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to take place in February 2024. Prize includes a $2,000 USD airline voucher for air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winner’s residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada*; two (2) standard single-occupancy hotel accommodations (including resort and service fees and taxes) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion for a three (3) night stay in Las Vegas, Nevada; select meals, and access to select events and experiences (determined by Sponsor).

*For a winner who is a Nevada resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $35,300 USD. Total Prize ARV of all prizes: $105,900.00 USD.

Federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are each winner’s sole responsibility. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the prizes will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of a winner for the actual value of the prizes received. The Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All Trip details and prize details not specifically set forth herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Trip must be taken on date(s) specified by Sponsor in February 2024 or prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected if time permits. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s designated promotional agency. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is at least eighteen (18) but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to require the travel companion be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed or cancelled or any prize component cannot be provided for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety, no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets/passes/access may be subject to Sponsor’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. Winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided for any ticket/pass/access portion of prize. Winner and guest agree to abide by all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do may result in forfeiture of prize.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled emails, notifications, purchases, mail, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the websites or apps. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or websites or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the Entry Period(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Entry Periods prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
