Technical issues occasionally create problems with our buddy surfacing system. The Zynga Poker team is continually optimizing the buddy system for friction-less performance. If you experience a minor setback with buddy surfacing, we recommend the following steps:
  • Logging out and back will auto-refresh the buddy system. Sometimes it may take multiple refreshes to properly activate. 
  • Buddy maintenance is necessary to ensure optimum performance. If you have over 200 buddies, we recommend removing inactive friends. This can be accomplished through the new social center. Maintaining a clean buddy list is important.
Also, newly added friends may take up to 48 hours to populate after request approval. For other buddy related problems feel free to contact us for additional support.
