Please read these Official Rules carefully before participating as they are binding on all entrants. Sponsor (as defined below) draws attention to the “Limitations of Liability” section below, which explains how Sponsor limits its liability to entrants.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND LIVING IN, ALL COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES WHERE ZYNGA POKER (“THE GAME”) IS LEGALLY AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD, EXCLUDING MAINLAND CHINA (COLLECTIVELY, THE “ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES”) WHO HAVE A VALID ACCOUNT FOR THE GAME, AND WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE (OR THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE ENTRANT’S COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, IF OLDER). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Establishing a Zynga Poker account is free. All Zynga Poker game terms apply. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Terms of Service https://www.take2games.com/legal/, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

 

SPONSOR: Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., including its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliated companies.

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Zynga Poker Winter Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") starts on January 7, 2026,  12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) / 6:00 PM Central European Time (“CET”) and ends at 12:00 PM EST / 6:00 PM CET time on January 21, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.  During the Sweepstakes Period, you can obtain entries in the following ways:

 

1) Watch Token Entries in the Winter Luxe Event:

Players receive one (1) entry for every Watch Token earned. Maximum of ten (10) entries via this method for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

 

 

2) Watch Claim Bonus in the Winter Luxe Event: 

Players who earn ten (10) Watch Tokens will earn one (1) Watch. Earning this Watch grants a bonus of five (5) additional entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Maximum of five (5) bonus entries via this method for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

 

3) Via web entry without purchase:

Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/ydnKrgTHcVGQHoUZ7) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user fifteen (15) entries into the Sweepstakes. 

 

 

Players can earn a maximum of 15 entries for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or combination of entry methods. Any entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or email address. All entries must be received 12:00 PM EST / 6:00 PM CET time on January 21, 2026. Entries generated by artificial intelligence (“AI”), script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are in violation of Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/, or these Official Rules are void. Tickets have no value outside of The Game.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about fourteen (14) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified via in-game messaging or via the email address associated with their Player ID and may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form (if applicable), and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within fourteen 14) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within the time period stated in the notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, the applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded. 

 

 

PRIZES: (10): Upon confirmation of potential winners’ eligibility, Ten (10) winners (collectively “Winners” and individually “Winner”) will each receive 5,000,000,000,000 chips, no real-world value, (“Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the 5,000,000,000,00 chips (i) has no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of Zynga Poker; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/. 

 

Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer the Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) Prize per person. 

 

Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number, or country equivalent, before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099, or country equivalent, may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prizes received. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize if not due to the fault (negligence or intent) of the Released Parties or if the Prize is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.

 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Winners, by acceptance of the Prize, except where legally prohibited, grant permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. 

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: EXCEPT GERMAN RESIDENTS, Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded Prize. 

 

FOR GERMAN RESIDENTS ONLY: Sponsor shall be liable for damages in the event of intent and gross negligence. In the event of slight negligence, Sponsor shall only be liable as follows: 

 

a) for damages arising from injury to life, body or health;

 

b) for damages arising from the breach of a substantial contractual duty (Cardinal Obligation).  Cardinal duties are such obligations, the fulfilment of which allow the proper performance of the contract in the first place and the breach of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on the compliance which entrants may regularly rely upon. In case of a slightly negligent breach of a Cardinal Duty, Sponsor’s liability shall be limited to the typically foreseeable damage unless it is a matter of claims for damages by the customer arising from injury to life, body or health.

 

No limitation of liability shall apply if a defect has been fraudulently concealed or a guarantee for the quality of the goods has been given, and in case of claims according to the German Product Liability Act. 

 

Any limitation of liability also applies to the vicarious agents and employees of the Sponsor.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled Tickets, purchases, entry actions, entries, emails, phone calls, or communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. 

 

For UK entrants only: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.  

 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

 

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For German residents the following applies in addition: Participants which are consumers shall only be subject to this choice of law to the extent that they are not deprived of the protection of those provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law that would apply in the absence of a choice of law. This means that consumers may, irrespective of the choice of law, invoke the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they are habitually resident. 

 

Entrant residents in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes, and any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

 

For German residents: Sponsor is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

USE OF DATA: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy/en-US/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

WINNERS LIST: Participants acknowledge that a winners list with first name, last initial and state/province/country of residence of winners will be sent out upon request. UK entrants may object to the publication of information about them or request that the amount of information published be reduced, by contacting Sponsor. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the advertised Prizes.
