Restart the app completely.
- Type “Task Manager” in Windows search bar. You’ll see the Task Manager app, just click on it to open.
- Select the application or process that you want to close and right-click on it.
- Click End Task to stop the process.
Restart your computer
- Click on the Start or Windows button to open the Start Menu.
- Click on the Power button then click on Restart.
Make sure Windows has the latest update.
- Click the Start button (Windows icon), then select Settings (Gear icon).
- Select Update & Security.
- Under the Windows Update tab, you will see if your Windows is updated or not. Click the Check for Updates button and if there is an available update, select Install now.
