Many game performance issues (i.e. loading, crashing, missing features, sync-ing of game) can be resolved in the following ways:


Make sure you have the latest version of your app installed on your paired iPhone.    

Force close the app on your Apple Watch.

Steps to force-close:
  1. Open the app, press and hold the side button until the power menu appears.
  2. Release the side button, then press and hold it again for a few seconds until the app is closed.
  3. Return to your home screen and re-start the app.


Restart both the Apple Watch and its paired iPhone.   
Steps to restart Apple Watch:  
  1. Press and hold the side button until the power menu appears.
  2. Drag the Power Off slider to the right.
  3. Once the Apple Watch is turned off, press the side button until the Apple logo appears.

Steps to restart the paired iPhone:  
  1. Press and hold the On/Off button at the top right of the phone until the Power slider appears.
  2. Drag the Power slider to the right.
  3. Once the iPhone is turned off, press the On/Off button again until the Apple logo appears.

If the issue persists, remove the app from your Apple Watch and re-install it.

Note:
Deleting an app from your Apple Watch will not delete or affect the app on your iPhone.
Option 1) Deleting an app through your Apple Watch
  1. Tap and hold the app icon until it starts to shake.
  2. Tap the "x" of the app you want to delete.
  3. Tap on "Delete app" and confirm
  4. Re-install the app.
Option 2) Deleting an app through your iPhone
  1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on "My Watch" at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the app you wish to remove.
  4. Deactivate the option "Show App on Apple Watch"

To re-install the app, simple go to your Apple Watch app > "My Watch" > your app > activate "Show App on Apple Watch".
