Golf Rival – The Fairway to 5K VIP Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN BY INVITATION ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID GOLF RIVAL ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Zynga Terms of Service (https://www.zynga.com/legal/terms-of-service), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Fairway to 5K VIP Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer in PDT is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

 

TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

 

1) Via in-game entry:

Make an in-game purchase of at least USD $19.99/CAD $27.34 in Golf Rival. Each separate purchase made during the Sweepstakes Period will result in a certain number of sweepstakes entries depending on the purchase amount as set forth below:

 

  • Each separate purchase of USD$19.99/CAD$27.34 to USD$24.98/CAD$34.17: 20 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD$24.99/CAD$34.18 to USD$49.98/ CAD$68.36: 30 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD$49.99/CAD$68.37 to USD$99.98/CAD$136.74: 100 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD$99.99/CAD$136.75 to USD$199.98/CAD$273.52: 200 entries
  • Every USD$100.00/CAD$136.77 purchased over USD$199.98/CAD$273.52 will grant 200 additional entries;
    • e.g., a purchase of USD$199.99/CAD$273.52 to USD$299.98/CAD$410.29 will result in 400 entries, a purchase of USD$299.99/CAD$410.29 to USD$399.98/CAD$547.04 will result in 600 entries, and so on.

 

2) Via web entry without purchase:

Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/wBpLibjkTW3bhiC68) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user twenty (20) entries into the sweepstakes.

 

3) Via email response without purchase:

Eligible players can receive one (1) additional entry by replying to their account manager’s email regarding the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit two (2) additional entries per account via this method.

 

Eligible players may enter an unlimited number of times by any combination of the entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PDT on June 30, 2026. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about nine (9) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by telephone on or about July 14, 2026, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form (or country equivalent), and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded.

 

If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must also answer a time-limited, skill-based question in order to claim the Prize.

 

PRIZE (1): Upon confirmation of the potential winner’s eligibility, one (1) winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) $5,000 USD check (“Prize”). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is $5,000 USD.

 

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize will be delivered to Winner electronically or via mail.

 

Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number, or country equivalent, before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099, or country equivalent, may be issued in the name of a winner for the actual value of the prizes received. [CC1] The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize if not due to the fault of the Released Parties or if the Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.

 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.

 

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or The Game or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and subject to the entrants’ reasonable prior notice, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

 

The above provisions apply to the fullest extent permissible by law, save that, to the extent an Eligible Country’s law applies, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit the Sponsor’s or Released Parties’ liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence; or (iii) any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited.

 

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.

 

Entrant residents in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

 

For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York.  The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

 

USE OF DATA: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy/en-US/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

 

WINNER LIST: To receive the name of the winner (first name, last initial and state/province of residence), send an email to [email protected] with “Golf Rival Fairway to 5K VIP Sweepstakes” in the subject line, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
