If you are unable to load your game because of the out-of-memory message, please follow these steps to free up storage space on your devices:
For an Android Device:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap on Apps or Apps.
- Then select which Apps you want to uninstall.
- Tap "Uninstall" to remove the unused app from your device.
You can also check your downloaded files to see if you can clear up some storage by removing older, not needed downloads:
- Tap on the app drawer.
- Tap on Downloads.
- Tap the file you want to remove to highlight it.
- Tap the "Trash can" to delete the downloaded file.
For an iOS Device:
- Tap on Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage.
- By tapping on any app, you can see how much space it uses on your device. Tap Delete App to remove it.
- Some apps, such as Music and Videos, let you delete parts of their documents and data.
Once you have cleared up space on your device, you can go back to your game and relaunch it.
