The Wizard of Oz Magic Match Emerald Jackpot Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND RESIDING IN, FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), WHO HAVE A VALID ACCOUNT FOR THE WIZARD OF OZ MAGIC MATCH (“The Game”), WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Establishing a The Wizard of Oz Magic Match account is free. All The Wizard of Oz Magic Match terms apply. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries and any advertising and promotion agencies engaged for publication of the Game are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, national and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Wizard of Oz Magic Match ("Sweepstakes") starts on December 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59 PM PT on January 15, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter the Sweepstakes by collecting tickets as follows during the Sweepstakes Period:
● Emerald City Championship League – Available to play every week (each, a “Leagues Event” or) from December 15, 2025 – January 15, 2026
Eligible players must collect league points by winning Main Map levels to progress on the leaderboard. The number of tickets awarded will be dependent on a player’s position on a leagues event leaderboard. A player must be in the top ten (10) on the leaderboard to earn tickets.
● Rank 1 – 500 tickets
● Rank 2 – 250 tickets
● Rank 3 – 100 tickets
● Rank 4 to Rank 10 – 10 tickets
• Mission Control - Available to play every Monday through Thursday and every Friday through Sunday (each Monday through Thursday and each Friday through Sunday is a separate "Mission Control Event" from December 15, 2025 - January 15 2026.
Only players who have achieved a minimum level of 70 are eligible to earn rewards and/or tickets during Mission Control Events. During these Events, eligible players can earn rewards and/or tickets upon completing stages in the Mission Control Event. The total number of tickets available per Mission Control Event per player is 150 for a maximum of 1350 tickets throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.
● Crown Milestone – Available to play every day (each, a “Crown Milestone Event”) from Dec 15, 2025 - Jan 15, 2026
Only players who have achieved a minimum level of 50 are eligible to earn rewards and/or tickets during Crown Milestone Events. To earn tickets in a Crown Milestone Event, a player must collect crowns by winning levels on the first attempt and complete the target before the timer ends. Every day the Crown Milestone will reset, and progress will reset for the player. Players can earn a maximum 100 tickets per Crown Milestone for a maximum of 3200 tickets for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
● Emerald City Bazaar – Available to play every day (each, a “Emerald City Bazaar Event”) from December 15, 2025 - January 15, 2026
Only players who have achieved a minimum level of 36 are eligible to earn rewards and/or tickets during Emerald City Bazaar Events. To earn tickets in an Emerald City Bazaar Event, a player must collect tokens by winning levels and completing the milestone before the timer ends. On every milestone completion, players will receive 10 tickets.
• The Enchanted Pass:
Only players who have achieved a minimum level of 40 are eligible to earn rewards and/or tickets via the Enchanted Pass. Complete in-game missions with The Enchanted Pass (the in-game “Battle Pass”). A maximum of 2500 tickets can be earned via this method throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
• Via web entry without purchase:
Complete the form located here (https://forms.gle/pnjRui2XuRNFQSCa9) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user twenty-five (25) tickets into the Sweepstakes.
Each ticket is equal to one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, for a maximum of 10,000 entries regardless of entry method. Every ticket is an automated entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on January 15, 2026. Entries or tickets generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process or are in violation of Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/, or these Official Rules are void. Tickets have no value outside of The Game.
DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified via in-game messaging and may be required to execute and return, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form (if a U.S. resident) or other tax document as may be required based on the winner’s jurisdiction of residence, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within five (5) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected in a further random drawing for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded. Only after Sponsor’s verification of the potential winners’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules will the potential winners be deemed the “Winners.”
If the potential Winner is a resident of Canada, they must also answer a time-limited, skill-based question in order to claim the Prize.
PRIZES (11): Grand Prize (1): $5,000 USD check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $5,000. Consolation Prize (10): 500 in-game coins. No real-world value. (Each a “Prize”, collectively “Prizes”). For the avoidance of doubt, the in-Game Gold Prize is in-game virtual goods which: (i) have no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of The Wizard of Oz Magic Match game; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/.
Total ARV of Prizes: $5,000 USD. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details as to the merchandise goodie bag are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number, or country equivalent, before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099, or country equivalent, may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prizes received. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize if not due to the fault of the Released Parties or if the Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or The Game or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and subject to the entrants’ reasonable prior notice, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
The above provisions apply to the fullest extent permissible by law, save that, to the extent an Eligible Country’s law applies, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit the Sponsor’s or Released Parties’ liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence; or (iii) any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited.
DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and entrants hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
USE OF DATA: Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
