Make sure to provide the following information to further our investigation:

  • The approximate time you completed the milestone.
  • Your player ID/UID or ZID:
    a. Locate the "Setting" widget within your game.
    b. Look for the “About” button.
    c. A pop up will show your ZID, Player or Device ID.
  • A screenshot of your completed milestone.
