We take all reports of player misconduct seriously and investigate all reports that we receive. As part of the process, we will provide you with a status update of your report via email.
To report someone, please follow the steps below:
To report in-game:
To report a Clan, go to the Clan’s profile and select the red flag 🚩 icon in the upper right corner…
OR to report a chat, click on the Chat and select the red flag 🚩 icon to the right…
OR to report a player’s profile, go to the offender’s profile and select the red flag 🚩 icon under the profile icon.
Select which Category or Categories that best fit the offender’s description.
(Optional) Fill in any further information that will help us understand your report better. You can also enter your email address in the provided field. Emails are only used for communicating report status. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
When you are done filling in the information, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the Report screen.
