Follow these simple steps:

  1. Tap on the "Gear" button located on the lower left side of the game board canvas to access the Options Menu.
  2. Tap on the “Help & Customer Support” tab.
  3. Choose any FAQ category (i.e. Technical Help) and see if there is any article published for your concern.
  4. In case you're unable to find a relevant article, select any of the articles to open a page. Scroll down a bit and you will see "Was this helpful" at the bottom of the screen. Tap on "NO", and it will then change to a "Contact Us" button. Tap on it.

The "Paper clip" button in the top-right corner of the screen allows you to attach a screenshot, and next to it is the "Submit" button which looks like a paper plane.

The "Camera" button allows you to attach a screenshot, and the "Send" button to submit.
