Diamond League now has three tiers inside it, like every other league.

These new tiers are Diamond 3, Diamond 2, Diamond 1.

Players who are demoted from Diamond 3 will be placed in Ruby 1 in the next week.

Players who were in Diamond in the previous week will now be a part of Diamond 3.
