You will begin in the Novice Tier with the minimum VIP points. You can also be placed in other Tiers based on your past activities in the game. To move up Tiers, collect the target VIP Points within the time limit.
There are 5 major Tiers and each Tier has 3 sub-tiers:
- Topaz Tier: Topaz 1, Topaz 2, and Topaz 3
- Emerald Tier: Emerald 1, Emerald 2, and Emerald 3
- Garnet Tier: Garnet 1, Garnet 2, and Garnet 3
- Sapphire Tier: Sapphire 1, Sapphire 2, and Sapphire 3
- Black Diamond Tier: Black Diamond 1, Black Diamond 2, and Black Diamond 3
To maintain the Tier you have reached, you must collect at least the minimum number of VIP Points for that tier before the timer runs out. To move up a Tier, you have to achieve the target points within the time limit. If you did not collect the minimum number of VIP Points or were unable to achieve the target points within the specified time, you will drop down the Tier.

- WRR Points in Top Resort Tournament can be multiplied.
- Happiness Points on Cruise orders can be multiplied.
- Objective completion points and distance covered in Leaderboard events can be multiplied.

VIP Pass
Once you have reached Black Diamond 3 Tier and have earned the maximum points to maintain the Tier, you can earn further VIP Points to get the VIP Pass. You can earn only one VIP Pass as it is not cumulative.

The VIP Pass will automatically be used if you fail to maintain the Black Diamond 3 Tier after the timer ends so you will not be demoted to a lower level. After the pass has been used, you will need to earn it again.
