It has been Taylor Hawkins' lifelong dream of finding Bigfoot. His search took him through the forests and mountains of North America, and into the frigid wastes of Asia and Europe. But to no avail.
He has now turned his sights to the Tropics, in the hopes of finding evidence of a lineage of Bigfeet here. “If people are there, and animals are there, maybe Bigfoot is too!...” he’d say.
With this line of thinking and his belief strong; Taylor hired the help of Gideon Crosshair to help guide him through the thick jungles. Gideon is an ex-hunter who left the profession behind after seeing the beauty of the animal kingdom and the cruelty of hunting for sport.
Upon reaching our Island, Talia offers to help them with their search. Not that she believes in Bigfoot, mind you. She mainly just intends to keep an eye on them and aims to prevent them from negatively impacting the flora and fauna that really live here.
Either way. Time will tell.
The feature will unlock at Level 9. A pop-up invite for the In Search of Bigfoot event will appear on your screen. You may need to force close the game or reboot your device to see the latest update.
Join in the adventure and help look for Bigfoot by tapping the Sasquatch Search Zone.
The In Search of Bigfoot event is made up of 2 stages. The 1st stage will run from June 15 until June 20, 2023. The 2nd stage will start on June 21 and will end on June 25. Each round will last for 5 days. You will compete by making your way through the Jungle. There are many challenges with other islands that will also be competing, and you will have 12 days to complete the 2 stages. The one who explores the furthest at the end of the round wins!
To help with the journey, you will be using Tools.
You can drag and drop the Tools to clear the path to the Jungle. Clearing Grass can cause a chain reaction with just a single Tool.
Be on the lookout for hidden rewards along the path!
When you run out of Tools to use, get more by turning in supplies. Tap on the Get Tools tab to see the orders you can fill up.
You can also get more Tools by purchasing them.
Note: All your remaining Tools after the round will be converted into distance and added to your Personal Goal.
Event Leaderboard
Keep turning in Supplies to journey farther into the Jungle and climb up the ranks on the Leaderboard to win better rewards!
The Leaderboard Rewards you can receive are based on your final rank at the end of each round.
- Gold Rank in any round - Reward guide Eli the Peli for 7 days! Like Shelly the mermaid, you can hire Eli the Peli to find your ingredients and crafts.
- Gold Rank in both rounds - You’ll add another 7 days to Eli the Peli’s time with you if you win in both rounds.
Personal Goal
Win more rewards by reaching your Personal Goals. The rewards are based on reaching a specific distance in 24 hours. This goal will reset every 24 hours to allow you to win the next reward. You’ll find your Personal Goals at the bottom of the Jungle Adventure tab.
Once you reach your Personal Goal, you can choose a random reward. Each item collected is then removed from the list of possible rewards.
The Personal Goal rewards include the Talia as a 14-day guide and the Bigfoot Lawn Chair which is a harvestable decoration.

Find rare ingredients in Coastken to complete your orders.

You can rent Taylor Hawkins and/or Gideon Crosshair as Temporary Island Guides to help you out during the event. They will give you a higher chance of finding rare ingredients at Coastken and other Landmarks.
