There are two ways to find and locate your ZID (Zynga player Identification):

• Game’s Loading Screen:
  Your ZID can be found at the bottom-center part of the screen.
   

• Under the Game’s Settings icon:
  To find your ZID, tap on the Game Settings icon  located in the upper right corner of your game screen.
  
  Go to the Help tab and you'll find your Player ID at the bottom part of the page. The ID is a set of numbers. This ID will enable Customer Service to help you.
