To contact Player Support, tap the Game Settings icon located in the upper right corner of your game screen.

 

Go to the Help tab, then tap the Player Support button. You may also tap the Forums button to look for answers.

When contacting support, you'll be requested to provide your Player ID. To find your ZID, please click this link.
