If you are using the same Primary Google account then your save file will automatically be recovered when logging in. You can find your device's Primary Google Account by going to settings and viewing your account tab.

Unfortunately we cannot transfer save files from Android to iOS or Amazon devices at this time.  

Please note Google Plus is not the same as using your Primary Google Account on the device and will not help to recover your profile.
