Apple provides the ability to block all in-app purchases unless a pin-code is entered first. Follow the instructions below to enable this function:
- Return to your device’s home screen, and select Settings -> General -> Restrictions.
- Tap enable restrictions
- Type in a passcode
- Find and disable in-app purchases
