We've received some reports that players aren't receiving their prizes, mainly from leaderboards across crew championships, prestige cups and other races.

These prizes can take up to 24 hours to be awarded. Where we identify players who should have been eligible but didn't receive the prize, we try and perform a manual credit to make sure no one misses out on their prizes.

We are looking at how we can make the prize awarding system even smoother, so it's even clearer when you receive your prizes.
