Here are the steps to connect with our Player Support:
- Tap the Arrow button on the left side of your main screen.
- Tap the Settings button. Scroll down and tap the Support button.
- The game will direct you to the Zynga Player Support page. Tap the Message button in the upper-right corner to connect with our player support.
- Choose the category below the placeholder message to check if it is related to your query.
- Once done, you will be connected with one of our support agents, and the conversation will start.
