Update 10/12
2.16 update is currently being rolled out for Android users. Once you have updated, you must log in to your Google Play account before playing CSR2 otherwise you risk temporarily losing your profile due to a new Player ID being generated. This is because of a privacy change in Android 11, that requires you to be logged in to google play for CSR2 and most other app usage.

NB: Not following the above instruction is at your own risk. We may not always be able to restore your profile, to the original status.

Should you face any issues, please do the following before contacting support:

  • Delete the App, clear Cache, restart your Device, and confirm you are logged in to the correct google play account.
  • Then re-download the app.

If this does not return you to your original game, please contact in game support/VIP Support contact confirming your Old Player Id and your new Player ID. (This will help us to assist you in the best possible time frame)


There has been a change within the new Android 11 update that can cause players to lose access to their CSR2 game account. We are currently working on resolving this, however, we cannot confirm a timescale at present. That being said, we advise you NOT to update to Android 11 where possible until further notice.
