UPDATE – 01/10/2021

Racers, following on from the below message, we are pleased to confirm that all fixes are now deployed and are working their way to each and every players game. Please do note, this could take a further 24 hours to reach you.

With the fixes released, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you or your crew. We can confirm that we have now issued the following gestures of goodwill as compensation, to all those affected by these issues between (23/9 & 30/9) – NOTE: These will reach all affected players within the next 24 hours

  • 400 Euro Series Tokens
  • 1000 Green Elite Customs Parts
  • 500 Elite Tuners Tokens
  • 30 Fuel Pips
  • Art of Elegance event – We have extended this by an additional 24 hours, to allow players some extra time to complete
  • Art of Elegance Showdown – We have extended this by an additional 24 hours, to allow players some extra time to complete
    • UPDATE 02/10- In order to fix a lost trophy issue, return the trophies, and prevent all players from additional trophy loss, we have reverted the change to this event timescale. Apologies for this last minute change.

Current Status of 3.4.0

We are aware of multiple issues currently affecting CSR2, following the recent release of 3.4.0, and we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are working to resolve all issues as soon as possible.
  • Unable to participate in Showdown Races due to slow loading and error messages
  • Unable to properly access the game due to Elite Tuner pop up message being unresponsive or no (X) button
  • Unable to access player's garage due to white screen
  • Elite Tuners – Chapter 5: This is available to all players on 3.4.0, and will reach all players as soon as is possible

What are we doing about it?

Over the next 24 – 72 hours, you may notice some further disruptions to the game while the CSR2 team work through all fixes. We will try to keep this to a minimum, however this is due to some of the fixes needing a very specific order of release. We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this has already caused, and may continue to cause over the coming period.

Once all issues have been resolved, we will be providing an in game gesture of goodwill to all players affected. In the meantime, please do bear with us while we get the issues resolved for you.
