Zynga is committed to ensuring that our player experience is fun and safe for all players. If your experience is impacted by the behavior of others, please report these through our in-game reporting feature so we can review them effectively.
We take all reports of player misconduct seriously and investigate all reports that we receive. As part of the process, we will provide you with a status update of your report via email.
To report someone, please follow the steps below:
To report a chat in-game:
To start a report in Crew or Global chat, click on the offender’s chat and select the Report button to the right.
Select which Category or Categories best fit the offender’s chat message.
(Optional) Fill in any further information that will help us understand your report better. You can also enter your email address in the provided field. Emails are only used for communicating report status. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
When you are done, click “Submit” in the lower right corner of the Report Screen.
To report a player in-game:
To start a report on a Crew Member or Crew Leader, click on the offender’s profile and select the Report button to the right.
Select which Category or Categories best fit the offender.

When you are done, click “Submit” in the lower right corner of the Report Screen.
To report a crew in-game:
To start a report on a Crew, you can go to the Crew’s profile and select the report button in the lower right hand corner.
To start a report on a Crew from a leaderboard, you can select the Crew from the Leaderboard and click on the report button to the right.
Select which Category or Categories best fit the offender.
(Optional) Fill in any further information that will help us understand your report better. You can also enter your email address in the provided field. Emails are only used for communicating report status. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
If “Other Illegal Content” is selected, the “More Words” box will become mandatory rather than optional.
When you are done, click “Submit” in the lower right corner of the Report Screen.
