We're aware that some players did not receive the cars they purchased from the Black Friday Sale to participate in the Spark event. If you have not yet received it back from our Billing team, we plan to refund transactions that involve multiple unsuccessful purchases made between November 24 - 26, 2025, on December 3, 2025.
