Make sure you have the latest update, as Elite Crew Battles are only available on version 1.8 or later. Once you've beaten Shax to complete Tier 5, find the new TEMPE5T pin on the map, and tap it to begin your journey. You'll have to team up with some famliar faces and to prove yourself to take down THE TEMPE5T.
