There are instances where players want to block a user and report abuse. Well, here are some simple steps on how to do so.

 

Tap on your profile picture.

 

 

Then, go to “Settings,” by tapping the Settings button from your Profile Page.

 

 

Next, scroll down until you find the “Manage Block List” option under the Privacy section.

 

 

 

Tapping on the “Manage Block List” button takes you to the Block User page.

 

 

From here, you can then select the players that you’ve recently had a match with from the “Select User” dropdown, or type in their Username on the “Enter Username” Window. Next, tap on “Block User” to block them.

 

 

You can also block opponents immediately through chat. To do this, simply tap on your gameboard’s chat bubble

 

 

Next, tap on the button on the upper right side of your chat screen to open up your ‘Chat Options. ’

 

Select ‘Block Player’ to proceed.

 

 

Then confirm your action on the pop-up that appears next.

 

 

 

Reporting abuse is as easy as blocking user. All you need to do is to tap on the “ ” button to choose from a list of options.

 

 

Simply hit the “Report Abuse” button from the list to take you to the “Report Abuse” window. Fill out all necessary details then hit on the “Report Abuse” button.

 

 

 

Report Abuse directly from your Chat Bubble! All you need to do is:

 

Open your Chat box with the person you want to report, next, hit on the button to open your ‘Chat Options.’

 

 

Select ‘Report Abuse’ so you will be taken to the Report Abuse page. Fill out the necessary details, then hit on the ‘Report Abuse’ button.
