To request a data download or delete data for Words With Friends: Word Pop, simply follow the steps below:
(1) Look up your user ID for the Alexa Skill while playing the game. To find this, launch the skill using the command “Alexa, open Word With Friends: Word Pop”.
(2) You can now ask at any time “Alexa, what’s my user ID”. Alexa will then tell you to check your Alexa app.
(3) Open the Alexa App and navigate to your Activity History and you will see your ID listed.
(4) Email us at privacy@zynga.com with your request type and user ID and we will process the request.
